At Stamfoc, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the process for returning items and receiving a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” are not returnable.
- Customized Products: Items that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Refund Process

- Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Process: To exchange an item, follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
